Invitations should be mailed six to eight weeks prior to the wedding. Be sure to verify questionable zip codes and to weigh a completely assembled invitation at the post office to determine the correct postage needed.

Please note, square envelopes will always require additional postage. Whenever possible, wedding invitations should be hand-stamped at the post office. This service is available at most branches.

When sealing envelopes, we recommend using a glue stick and to avoid the mess of using sponges and water.

We also offer invitation assembly and mailing services to our clients for a minimal fee.
